Phoebe Goodheart. She teaches the girls at Ficklebeck school. Professor Bob could only afford to pay for one place at school, so when Jack became 6 he started but Tallulah, still only 14, had to leave. It was her decision, but Miss Goodheart helped Tallulah as best she could for another two years by lending her books to study at home. Tallulah now manages the lighthouse finances, to prevent Professor Bob 'wasting' too much money on his inventions.
